Nope... don't see it. When I was younger my nose was wider because I had more fat in my face. Now my face and nose is thinner.

His nose looks the same. It's just the angling of his face in the pictures that makes it look a little different.

His nose is the same... the bulge around the bridge of this nose is his skin creased due to his ridiculously huge smile.

His nose looks narrower now and the nostrils look more defined. Very nice work.

he definately had it done. it is subtle, but definately surgically altered. I should know, i have done the same.
