Hungarian plastic surgeon Dr. Lajos Nagy offers all the usual services at his clinic. You can get a breast enlargement, a nose job, liposuction, etc. But he also offers a rather unusual service: music faun surgery. He'll make your ears pointed so that you look like a music faun.
Maybe they changed clothes or something (because only one persons hair is slightly different.) but it could be all photoshopped if the person is good enough.
There's no doubt it's fake. You can't lengthen the top of the ear, end of. It can't be stretched like that. And to be honest, none of them (the girls in particular) look like likely candidates. Do you think the sensible girl in the cream high neck sweater would be laughing after this was done to her? Get outta here!
ok...so first off these pictures do look fake. But this is a real procedure that people have done. I don't want to take the time to explain it all out here, but if you have in intrest in how it is done and want to see REAL photos of people who have had it done look it up on the internet. Also there is a UK magazine called Bizarre (I love it to death) that has features on body mods quite frequently and in fact in their last issue had a whole section about how this procedure is done. If you want to see the process actually being done for REAL check out the below link. (also- just a cool site in general.)
Fist off, it's fairly obvious that these photos were shopped. Each set was taken on the same day, and probably all taken during one shoot. And this type of operation cannot legally be performed by an actual plastic surgeon in the United States because we have messed up laws about body modifications. Any surgeon that performed a non-standard body modification surgery would lose his licence if caught.
