butt implants seem tough to look natural and realistic. but hers is a nice improvement from her "before" picture. her implants look like it's her real butt. she didn't go overboard. i think she looks great!!

I'd love my b/f to have a butt that looks like this. I think men should look more feminine--it really turns me on.
