This 36 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist. She
had undergone the insertion of saline breast implants in the
subglandular plane by another plastic surgeon several years ago. She
was never happy with their appearance and felt persistent tightness and
soreness. After reviewing all options with Dr. Parker, the patient
requested he remove the implants. Breast implant explantation was
performed by Dr. Parker through the patient's previous peri-areolar
incisions. The patient healed quickly and painlessly from the
procedure. She no longer feels tightness or soreness and is very happy
with her decision to remove the implants.
