While the after is a nice job I would have waited til the patient finished losing the rest of her weight, that would have given a more accurate idea of the look after.  The patient may not be as happy after she loses another 20 lbs and she experiences some sagging from emptier breasts.

not a  surgery patient likes to here!  but, i agree,  they look more natural before,   i hope  she is happy..........

Maybe if she had a shape (wider hips or in her case actual hips, and a smaller wasit) they wouldn't have looked so small.

I defintely would of advised to loose the weight before sugery. If she looses more weight now her boobs will just sag. I also agree they looked better before but maybe they were causing her pain. I'm sure otherwise she would not opt to make them smaller.
