So yeah....these do not look like pecs....they look like boobs. They are even decently sized boobs at that. Maybe thats the look he was going for? Anyways....those are man boobs for sure, not man pecs.

lol yeah and implants should only be used for women or men who have had a malformation of the breast or cancer. not for vanity so much as for blending in. when I see silicone dolls all over the place it makes me sick.
