You look good before, but After is better. Didn't know that a male breast implant could thickness on the top part of the pec!!

This is how I want mine to look after the surgery sometimes the gym is not enough and if you can afford it,go for it

I'm having mine done in a couple of months and I'll stop by to let you all know everything about it

I don't think it looks natural - we just see so many people with implants that we begin to this that IS natural.

This is one of the best cases I've ever seen. If I was guaranteed that I could look like this, I would undergo the surgery in a heartbeat.

I think they look awesome! In response to the poster above me, there wasn't a fullness in the top of the pec in the "before" picture, but there is in the "after".
