I don't think she has implants. It looks to me as if she's wearing a good pushup bra. Push up bras are meant to enlarges, lift and separate. Kim is like....14 yeards old in this pic. I am sure her breasts have grown since then. My friends all wear padded water bras and their breasts look as full as hers do. I don't need a push up. Genetics? How's this, both my middle sister and I have B cup breasts naturally. My oldest sister had D-DD (she had a reduction). Also, they have a TON of problems keeping weight off. I can eat candy 24/7 and not gain a pound. My middle sister also has REALLY skinny thighs, mine are average, and my oldest sister's are the biggest. Both my sisters, dark brown hair, dark brown eyes. Me, light brown hair (used to be blonde when I was little) and green eyes (used to be blue). Both my parents have brown eyes and black hair. How's that for genetics for you? Just because your sisters don't have the same body structure as you doesn't mean that it's not in the genes./  

Oh, and she looks like she's 12 in the B&W picture. I would hope her boobs would grow some and her face change. I don't look the exact same as I did when I was 12 either.

How are we suppose to compare her now and when she was like 16 or something...  Show a picture of her 3yrs ago and then a recent pic.  I believe ( am sure) her bum was enhanced because I've seen her and it wasn't like that a few years ago.  When we gain weight it doesn't go to one place only and that would have to be the case... the rest is obvious but I still think she's pretty even if alot of it is fake.  FYI, she was well past puberity when I seen her and we just don't make those types of changes without some help be it surgery or having babies.

This girl is fake from head to toe. There are WAY better before/after shots than this. her boobs were so small before the implants. she has admitted to having breast implants too, so for those critics the proof is in the pudding. There is nothing special about Kim.  She originally looked like your average fat American with a pear shape.  She had breast implants to balance her figure and to get attention.  She got a nose job to improve her looks.  With all this surgery she still has to rely on girdles and body shapers to hold her fat in and to make her big wide butt perky.  Kim is nothing without her cosmetic surgeries, body shapers, and girdles.  It is not like she had to exercise and be disciplined to get her figure.  She has fat induced curves which is like the typical overweight American.  She is basically a no talent media seeker.

I think people should do whatever they feel like to be happy. Unfortunately, we are being judged everyday by haters.

That picture is from her senior year in high school. Most young women's bodies are done developing by 18. Armenian women do have very curvy bodies. However, I have yet to see one that has DDs that stand up on their own or have a butt materialize out of nowhere. You might gain or lose weight throughout your life but your shape stays the same. The shape she has in the first picture is no way the same as the one in the second picture. Plus the only person who really knows is her and she won't tell

I definitely believe her breasts are real. They continue to grow into your 20s. By the time I was 16 I had B cups. I'm 20 now and just in the last year, less than that actually, I've gone to a C cup. It happens, people.

Kim has had her nose done look at the b4 and after pics, she has also got butt implants again m not sure about the breasts though... now I live in an All Armenian community and I have to say no Armenian lady has a butt that big, also they have bigger noses (not to sound racist because I am of mixed myself) but it's true.

Her sisters don't have those behinds at all, and her mother doesn't either. Spanx are a wonderful invention. They hold you in, and and make you look a lot thinner. The kind she wears has a thong back so her tush can go au naturale, and ther you have it. This garmet goes all the way up your waist and  back and it stops just below you bra.

It doesn't look fake at all, you can't compare some grainy black and white photo to the one on the right. Besides they are big in both photos, just pressed down in the right one which will obviously spread them out.

Definitely fake boobs. I am pointing this out because lots of boyfriends look down on their girlfriends...wishing their gfs had 'junk' like KK. If they knew these was fake, maybe they would put less pressure on girls.

The first pic shows she lacks volume.  She is hippie tho.  It appears that her butt does pertrude.  It's possible that her butt is hers.  The realists are concerned that the nation's perception is tainted by a false picture.  My question is..  Is fake fruit more delicious than real fruit? I guess so if all you going to do is look at them.
