I dont know about the boobs but she DEFINITELY had a nose job between the age of 18 and 33. The pics dont lie.

The before pic is way too old to be able to tell. And, the dress she's wearing doesn't even show her breasts enough to tell if they were small or large back then.

Actually, the nose job was in her late teens.....way before all these pics were taken.  I saw a really old R&B video (not the Michael Jackson one) and Tyra was in it.  Her nose was much larger and had no definition at all.  I do think she has had another one since then, but all of these noses look far more different than that original nose she had.  Maybe you can find some childhood pics of her and see how it really looked.

she did get her nose done. the boobs r real. i think she got surgery to get her hairline done over too so her forehead wouldnt look so big even tho its still big.

She's had an obvious eye job.  Her lids were very heavy before and now you can see her upper lid with no problem.  Check old pics, the difference is astounding.

she actually had a scan on her tv show to show that there are no implants in her breasts, she has just gained 20 -30 pounds since she was in the modeling industry & went up a few cup sizes!!!!

I believe those are hers.  She is a tall, thick, big-boned woman, her breasts aren't even big. They are proportionate to her frame.

There are actually real. She did a bit on her show, pulled off the bra, & them bad boys fell... not horribly, but enough to let you know they are real... plus, she had a doc on the show actually cup 'em and verify... so... layoff

Her breast are real. When I was young I was a tall thin stick, and very small chested. After having twins and gaining 60 lbs. I went from an A cup to a very full C cup. I worked out and got rid of my tummy (lost 30 lbs) and now I have a shape similar to Tyra's. As for her nose, it looks like she has had it done. However, it looks good, like Janet Jacksons nose job.

I just wish Tyra would not lie about it. Tyra is always claiming there is nothing fake on her except her weave. OH PLEASE!

I watch her show.  She had a surgeon do a live breast exam on her on the show..sonogram and all.  Those are her breasts.

Yes, when women gain weight their breasts enlarge. No, not all women gain fat 'everywhere', when this happens. That is simply genetic. Black women in particular, are known for their genes' tendency to be partial to storing fat in the breasts and the butt. It's very simple, folks. And no, I'm not saying that only black women do this. Women of any ethnicity can be built like that, it's just a matter of whether or not it's in their genes. Read up on genetics, and do some health research.

When I married my wife she was 26 years old and a 36C, now she's 35 and about 30 lbs heavier and a 36DD. It seems I was lucky that most of the weight went to the right places. We never had kids so its not from breast feeding.

So I can believe womans breasts can grow as they age and not every tit sags to pancake size.

They are beatiful Tyra forget the ignorant that dont have brains.

Tyra also had a puffy eyelid years ago and through the years they seemed to be more of that doll looking eyelid.

You really are a "lucky guy if your wife grew to that degree AND also became rounder AND firmer like Tyra in her older years.
