I don't get it... what did you get done? Chin implant??

That makes no sense. One picture is freaking 20 years older than the other. Arnold never had plastic surgery.

 

 He was younger and still had a baby face looks like natural age to me...

I know!  They added a couple wrinkles between his eyebrows.

I think he's had some aggressive peels and lots of tanning, but I don't see the implants.

The chin is smaller.

The only difference is now he has no upper lip.

good chin and cheek implants look really natural my cousin knew him years ago face was very different

the cheek implants really improved his face

except for the guy who said he has a smaller chin. he got it reduced. but no implants anywhere, on his face at least. he alwasy had "good" cheek bones. but since he's gotten older and his fatty tissue in his face has all but disappeared, plus growth hormone injections to combat the aging process, like droopy skin, botox for the wrinkles and tanning. and you get this. plust photo number 2 is probably 6 yrs old by now if not a lil more.

Same, older & wiser, less fat in the face and more Americanized.

Besides a difference of 25 years between pictures there is also a difference of 45 lbs!!!!
