The author on that site makes all kinds of ridiculous comments that should be taken with a grain of salt given she isn't a qualified plasitc surgeon or a55umingly a veteran of plastic surgery herself.

Charlize looks a little older and more sophisticated in the second picture. There is absolutely no evidence of anything other than a beautiful woman who takes good care of herself.

Her face does look tweaked. She doesn't look bad, but she definitely looks different than say, 4 years ago when she won an Oscar.

We can only guess by looking at her with regard to what procedures she may have had. Maybe she is getting her face injected with Restalyne. Or perhaps, she got the popular mid third face lift for actors in their 30s, plus some facial fillers. Whatever happened, it looks like she is starting to 'morph' like many actors her age.

She may have had a nose job back at the beginning of her career - who in hollywood hasn't? That doesn't mean she is continually tinkering with her looks and why should she need to? She's still in her 30's for pete's sake. If you look after yourself well, you can remain looking very youthful well into your 40's.
