I can't tell what changed.  Maybe her bottom lip is a bit fuller.

It looks as though she had something done with her teeth.  The mouth is positioned differently in the before and after photo's.

 her face looks scary and sculpted now. she was lovely, i dont see why she felt the need to do that.

shes just wearing make up in the after picture, in the movie she didnt really wear any make up. thats what all the change is.

dear jester, actors always wear make up in movies. it's just a matter of wearing makeup that looks natural. please don't say she wasn't wearing "any makeup"...even male actors always wear some. these pictures really just look like she has a different makeup style. i can look drastically different depending on how i do my makeup...everyone can.

Oh yea she's absolutely gorgeous... It worked 4 her cuz her lips were already nicely shaped n a bit full n she jus enhanced them a lil n didn't go over board like these other broads!

Nothing has changed. She may have put more lipstick on the outside of her lips to make them look fuller, but they look the same.

it's just lipgloss and overlinign the outside of your lips. the extar shine makes your lips look bigger.  it's the same reason ppl don't wear white on their fat days; they wear black (less reflective of light)

 I can't for the life of me figure out why these pretty girls would disfigure themselves like this. Someone should research what makes a girl do this to herself.  Did their fathers go fishing all the time when these girls were growing up and so now the girl thinks she can keep her man at home by taking on the appearance of a trout?  Were Priscilla Presley and  Jocelyn Wildensteins' fathers big game hunters, always searching for that "big cat"?  Be careful fathers about the message you are sending your daughter, you don't want her to be a circus freak do you?

What's for sure though is that she's had a nosejob. It's straight now, She used to have this small bump..sortof crooked.

Her ONLY issue is her skin...She could be quite lovely but Megan has bad skin, maybe that's what she should focus on. Nothing else should or should have been touched.

Shes looks about 10 years older & shes defantley had some plastic surgery. She looks way to old to be 21, its sad people take for granted the natrually beautiful girls for the ones that are stuffed with plastic.

No its not obvious from the pic that she got her lips done.  Its obvious that makeup works wonders!

People have to be happy and conform with who they are. Shes pretty naturally. Look at Liv Tyler another gorgeous woman with NO plastic surgeries!

Her nose looks different as well. She removed the bump on her nose and it is obvious.

 Looks like in the after pic her teeth are for SALE. Looks silly to me!

Ever heard of lip-plumping lip gloss and lip liner drawn on the outer lining of your lip... it's really just advanced makeup "technology"

Every other girl does it...you can get a tube from Sephora for 20 bucks...burns your lips a little and make them look fatter.

 I don't see what the big deal is. 

 

 

For those of you who think this is just a makeup trick, its not. I am a makeup artist- this is not done with some simple lip gloss and lip liner.  I hate to inform you that when you get lip fillers it raises your lip up to show your teeth (give you a very toothy look) she has hands down had lip injections and her nose was crooked (which I liked) now it is straight and she looks like everyone else. boring.

In the top photo of her in the sungla55es, you can see the injection site bumps on the top lip.

My fiancee had her top lip done. Megan had her top lip done, however she looks like she was in the middle of laughing or talking.  Stupid.....she never walks around looking like this.

I am an african-ameican woman whose lips are shaped much like megan's before pic, and i think there's no need to go any fuller. it just looks weird on most white women, except for ms jolie. (no offense) thin lips are a sexy a55et for white women.
