This is definitely not a nose job...it's just the angle of the camera making it look weird. It has the same shape, it's just a bit shorter, caused by the downward tilting of her head.

She defintely had a nose job, even if these photo's don't show it well.  The swelling was probably still  going down.  Look at her now, her nose is so small!

 Its obvious that she had a nose job, but i must admit i like it a lot better now. That tiny adjustment to her nose made all the difference. I watch Gossip Girl religiously, and didn't know Blake before the show. As i have seen pictures of her in previous films and things, she definately looks completely different. i Love her look now. i have nothing against plastic surgery. Life is short. Do what makes you happy.

Anyone who thinks it's just an angle, or that she didn't have a nose job...find an old profile picture of Blake.  She had a hook nose.   It is WAY different!
