Amazing that she should look so different in two photos taken only twenty years apart!

I never liked her nose at all- before or after.  It's too thick at the top by her eyes and has no definition.

Yes, well it's thick at the top of the bridge because the surgeons can't shave it down up there, maybe because it's too dangerous being next to the eyes. But they can shave down the tip which is why you see a rash of Hollywood people with thick bridges between the eyes but thinner as it moves down to the tip. Natural, ain't it?

I think it was a very intelligent choice of hers...

She was already famous when she had her nose done so

she did a copy of her original nose, but smaller...

She did not have a nose job. As she got older she has grown into her natural nose. Tean yrs a persons nose can look slightly larger then you grow into it.

 Only thing fake on britney is her bleached teath and hair and she experimented with lip injections. The rest of her body, boobs, nose are 100 percent real.

 Its obvious that is her natural nose, people on here are crazy to think otherwise

as a note to the people who think she "grew into" her nose. That doesn't happen - trust me. I had the EXACT same thing done to my nose, which was similarly shaped. You have a replica done so that most people cannot tell or so that it's not obvious. Nostrils do not suddenly grow smaller and closer to the nose tip over the course of a few years. . . you need a good and expensive surgeon for that.

Plus, who gives a crap - isn't there something more useful to be obsessed with than "Britney's Nose IS real!!!!" ....
