She had such a natural wholesome look before. She was so pretty before and now she just looks like another "plastic" version of Victoria Beckham. Bad choice for Katie.

Katie Holmes is a sellout who has forgotten who she is.  She gave up her religion and salvation is it any wonder she gives up her face too???

Her new nose looks like a bad job to me.  She was truly beautiful before, now she has a bad snoz.

she just have lost a lot of weight,more of a make up and she have learned how 2pose!

What is weird about a lot of these nose jobs is that they can shave down the tip but they cant shave down the rest of the nose bridge going up toward the eyes so that you see a wider bridge at the top between the eyes and an unaturally thin one at the tip. I have seen this time and time again and it it looks very unnatural. Look at Courtney Love's botched job. Poor Katie, she really hooked up with a wacko.

katie had a unique, interesting, kinda of sultry look that people liked to see.  now she looks bland and screwbally. The nose bridge has a lump on it from the side I have seen in other pictures. Isn't that one of the things usually removed not added. Huh? She is always posing too, never to much smile always tilted head, etc. She needs to quit acting fake, we can all see through it. Just because she got a grown-up,  sophicated nose does not mean that is what she is. Keep the acting on the screen Katie.

I think she got a nose job because she looked so young for her age, she might regert it in the future.
