The left one is actually the result of too many tummy tucs...

And she should think about wearing a bathing suit instead of a bikini.

Leave her alone you guys, shes had a tough life. Besides, her stomach looks better in the after photo. Its not like she looks like tara reid.

I think the first photo may be the second photo.  I had a friend who had a tummy tuck and she will never wear a bikini that small without the scare showing.  Also, the extra skin above the belly button and just below the breasts can't be pulled taught enough to look like the second photo.  If you are going to make fun of someone, at least use a real shot!
