i am thinking aout getting a nose job. nothing drastic. just want to shorent it a bit. does it hurt alot? and how long does i usually take to heal? by the way your nose looks great

Somethings not right about those two pictures, namely the 'after'. 1st off the bigger mole near his nose has switched sides(rt on the before/lft on the after), also his face looks more blue in the after shot although his nose is the exact same color as the before. Personally I like the before nose cause it gives him a Isaac Hayes-ish (rip) look, granted its big its still refined and he's smile seems more genuine, where as the other pic's smile looks sly and sort of snobbish.
