He looked beautiful before, this seems uncessary in an aesthetic sense. Now simply less distinguishable from other conventional beauties.

This is an amazing after shot. This is the kind of surgeon I am looking for. Someone who can make someone look amazing but not done. Does anyone know who the surgeon was?

If I saw only the before photo, I'd say he was very nice looking. But the after photo is breath-taking. Oh Yes. Worth every cent.

What is wrong with this man? Nothing? The slight hook to his nose is what made him unique. Also, he had no need for cheek implants.

In your opinion Sean. He obviously wanted to look better and the cheek implants definitely acheived that aim. He's gone from geek to male model. A job well done.

The key to not looking 'done' is to let the professional decide the extent and type of the surgery rather than the patient dictating what they think they need. A pair of unbiased, experienced eyes will be the best judge.
