ewww  They needed to address her wonky nose.  The cheeks would probably look better if the nose were whittled into shape.

I think her implant is a bit too low on the cheek, and a bit more prominent than is needed.

Pretty girl but the implants are way too big for your face!  Have the Doc replace with much smaller or cut them down to shape...you are too pretty to accept that result.

She should have got her nose fixed instead

OMG Tina I was just about to say thatt.... she had a nice face shape.. should have just fixed up that crooked a55 nose..... implants are too huge, now her face looks all blown up.. what an idiattt....

her nose looks all farged up. I bet it's been messed with, as well. The cheeks are too obvious, and not really necessary. She wasn't cheek-less before, either.

Well it does say only a month post op so maybe she is still swollen or something.  They do appear too big otherwise, no need to be so harsh and say she looks ugly tho sheesh.  She's still pretty Id just go for a smaller implant.

Gah, those implants look like they're falling down already!  What will her face look like in five years???  I too find it ironic that she went and had her perfectly good cheeks "fixed", when it's her nose that really needed it.

It only looks cute if you're into the barbie aesthetic otherwise it looks pretty odd actually. I agree with everyone else who says she only needed her nose re-shaped.

Well, contrary to the majority of comments left here...I think the "new" look is BETTER!  She now has more of an ethnic look, which I believe most of the comments here are somewhat clueless and perhaps out of touch .  This woman is (I'm guessing here)  progressive and  knows current trends/style.  An ethnic flare will give her much more confidence and will open many more doors for her.  Not perfect just more vavavoom!

Her cheeks look absolutely fabulous AFTER the implants! Angelina Jolie-like look, she´s now allmost perfect. So what is wrong with you people, how blind are you?

I believe her new cheek implants give her a more balanced look.  They reduce the masculinity of her chin.  She looks more feminine with the new cheeks.

She's very beautiful, and the implants do not make her UGLY per se...they're just overdone. I think her facial structure in the before photo was already very attractive. This was an unnecessary surgery.

I think her facial structure is now more feminine and the contours of her face more pleasing. No one person is right in saying they like or dislike the new look. Swelling may still be present. Personally I love huge cheekbones. It just depends of what aesthetic one prefers. It is possible they are a little too large for other facial dimensions, but once again, it's personal opinion. I have friends whos cheekbones are naturally that big, and so it does not look unnatural. Ignore all the plebeians on here who think their opinions count.
