Wow, unnecessary.  It takes a lot of guts to put before and after pictures of yourself online, give her some respect.  Besides, both of my parents have prominent chins, and all four of my siblings have prominent chins,  I got genetically unlucky with a receding chin - definitely doesn't mean my children will have one.  And I don't think cosmetic surgery tricks people into marrying you... if that's the kind of relationship you have i feel sorry for you.

Wow what a pathetic mean spirited remark! This is a young girl with pretty features that are overshadowed by a chin that does not accent her looks. Why are you on here perusing the different surgical procedures just to leave an obnoxious comment like that!
