The upper jaw was repositioned to correct the openbite. The chin and lower jaw were then advanced to improve the overbite, jawline and profile.
Neck liposuction can enhance and improve definition of the jawline. This was performed in addition to upper and lower jaw surgery for correction of an openbite.
Excellent work. Not the simple "silicone jaw implant" fix but true reconstructive surgery. However, be aware this is RISKY surgery and PAINFUL. Nerves can be severed, the jaw is immobilized and infection is a great problem. DO NOT HAVE THIS DONE OUTSIDE A WELL EQUIPPED HOSPITAL.
