I don't know the age of the woman, where this was done, the doctor or how recent these photos are, but, I was shocked at the horrible "after". This woman looks unnatural, shiny, catatonic and older than her "before image". Her eye area looks vacant and her skin looks so oily that I actually feel sorry for her. She most likely saught a better image and I feel so sorry for what she now has to endure.  While her doctor most likely was not a licensed, experienced American Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, whomever did this work shouldn't publish the photos. Trust me; the results are not plastic surgery practice builders. In fact, if I had been the "doctor", I'd be checking on my malpractice insurance coverage.

Just one added note: her surgical results are so botched that her right side of her face is pulled higher than her left side of the face. Her smile is so uneven that her smile/mouth is crooked. Her eyes are also uneven. Please note the difference in the tissue folds on the right eye vs. the left eye. Her right eye is more sunken. Her right cheek area is pulled tighter. Things are so unbalanced that she now has the appearance of having had a small stroke on her right side of her face.

Perhaps this should be listed as an example of plastic surgery to avoid. Too bad she had to go through all this to find out that this was just a botched job.

She has had a lower facelift that has tightened her jawline and this is an improvement as her face dosnt look so square in the after pic

I think there is an improvement. Her improvements are subtle yet she still has regained some youth. As far as her skin's sheen, it is possible that she is using a doctor prescribed skin regimen which can take months to restore the skin to a more natural state after different phases of treatment.
