She looks good both before and after.. but the after pic is like BAM look at me now.  That's how one would hope to look after a divorce or being cheated on and letting the other person regret ever letting you go.

The only thing is that her nose looks slightly different.  I'm not sure if she did anything to it or was it something that had to do with the surgery but she's a good looking woman either way.
