The doctor did a great job. She now has a visible neck and face. She looks like she couldn't be happier.

I think her lips are far too large (although natural), they seem to bring her face down. She would probably benefit from having her eyes reshaped (perhaps almond shaped) and her lips thinned down. That's just my personal opinion though.
