Very nice result, I am confused though, I thought this was fat grafting. It seems as if they just removed fat from her face or did they just build up her cheekbones? I am confused as to what happened here but she looks a lot better, I'd be interested in something similar on a smaller scale.
They removed fat from her cheeks and did a lower facelift to take up the slack. For some reason I find that doctors are reluctant to call a facellift a facelift on younger patients.
