Actually it's completely obvious: the upper lip was receding slightly and just a touch narrower than the lower lip; side-by-side comparison clearly illustrates the difference via the upper and lower lips now being nearly the same size; I agree with the other poster that this is an improvement and further note that the results look natural as opposed to many other lip augmentations we see...especially--and sadly!--on celebrities.
