I'd like to see a 3rd picture of the girl NOT smiling in the after pic. I like the fullness, but her lower lip seems uneven. Is that just the crook of her mouth when she smiles?

i think it looks really nice

anyone who says its a bad result becuz its crooked obviously hasnt looked at the before picture very closely

her lips were already tilted/ crooked or whatever u wanna call it

faces dont have to be perfectly symetrical to be attractive

inperfections give character
