It looks better without the lump on top, but, your nostrils should have been made smaller.  They are still oversized.  Also, the projection of your nose is too long.

Who are you to say her nose is too small, too wide or too long? If she has put her photos on here to share then she is happy with the result so why criticise? Not everyone wants to drastically change their face. I think she's had a subtle change and it looks much better than before.  I doubt you're perfect!

The length is still too long. You should have had it protioned to your face.

But we are commenting on the surgery she had, not her nose specifically.  In this case they could have improved it more if the length of the nose was shortened because it is still unflattering for her face.

That is all we were commenting on - relax! 

I think that it is a tremendous improvement.  She looks like herself only better.  Good job.    

I think it looks much better and has maintained it's character. it's nice to see she didn't go ridiculously small like others because it wouldn't have suited her face.
