Hi, I wanted to know who did this rhinoplasty. It looks similar to my nose now and I like the nose she got.

I'm left wondering what she thought was "wrong" with her natural nose?  I don't think she really needed the surgery, as her original nose seemed to be proportionate to her face.

From the side, I prefer the "before" picture.

At first I wondered why the heck she had surgery on a perfect nose.  However, it looks like it might be like mine, where the slightly extended tip widens at the end.  This gives a really bad appearance at a 45 degree viewing angle, because it makes it look like it is projecting out horizontally.  So if it was indeed a case like that, I can understand her getting this done.

The before and after pictures both look very nice. But seriously, there is nothing wrong with the before picture! Everything on your body doesn't have to be perfect! Be happy with what the Lord gave you! And He gave this woman a very nice nose to begin with! Be thankful, don't waste your money!!! There are better causes out there than perfecting your already beautiful nose!!! Gosh! 

Beautiful and subtle.  It fits her face.  Not overdone.  Great work. The surgeon is an artist.

In the before picture her face is more interesting. In the second picture she looks nothing special, average, common even.

Her face on the "after" photo looks flat.
