I'm thinking of getting a nose job, too. But I'm afraid a little - I've heared that's pretty painful.

it doesn't hurt that bad...i had one...lol

its not painful///its more uncomfortable for the first week...thats where i am up to now.

Excellent job!!! Your nostrils have been minimized nicely, the bridge is smooth and pretty and the projection is gorgeous and feminine. 

You also had a nice structure to start with.

I actually like the original nose! It was strong and nicely shaped.  But I like the new nose, too. The new nose is perfect.

i had a nose job but not by choice, sum icehole guy broke my noes...but it is a painfull surgery to go through!!!!!! Plus it was done in the summer eh it sucked! and i was 17 at the time now im 19 turning 20 and i still have problems but my noes looks good i had a great doc. and girl it looks great. The only thing i dont like about ma noes job is i have a dark shadow like thing on the bridge of my noes it bothers me but im okay with who i am and how i look...like i said i had no choice after the guy punched me in my face i had a very pretty noes before and now i have to live with my noes problems and the "dark shadow". So peace out thought id share a story, think before you go under the knive ladies and gents.

it doesn't hurt at all...I had mine done last year ... you sleep and when you wake up..Ta da! lol
