The frontal look has not changed.  The profile has.  The "before" chin was more feminine than the "after".

wow i find is upsetting to see such pretty people getting surgury...there was nothing wrong in the first place and i dont see why people just cant be happy with themselves. and i know your thinking "you dont know how it feels" but I DO. i have a big nose but i dont let it bother me. in fact, i love my nose and my body and i have enough confidence to say that i will NEVER GET PLASTIC SURGERY.

To "Anpnymous"--I'm glad you're happy with your big nose but trust me, some big noses are attractive, and some are hideous. Please don't judge people who really need nose jobs. (The girl in the pic above didn't, IMHO.)
