Its almost to awful to be real. God I hope its just one of those photo shop jokes, but I have a feeling its all too real! What does a person do at a point like that?! I would like some surgery, as I have no a55, yes I am a member of the no a55 club of guys. But I wouldnt want all over surgery, especially all over my face! Gotta baby your face!
